Rodney Dunn from The Agrarian Kitchen in Lachlan, Tasmania has just released his first cookbook. Rodney Dunn is the former food editor at Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine, who moved in 2007 with his wife Severine and family to Tasmania.
They set up their sustainable farm based cooking school The Agrarian Kitchen in a 19th century schoolhouse with cooking classes commencing in 2009.
This beautiful cookbook provides a delightful collection of recipes prepared by Rodney Dunn, and is now on sale.
